Here you get a medium roast coffee that is very rich and tasteful. The coffee has lovely nutty and caramel flavors, and a creamy body with a refined acidity of orange fruits and a mellow sweetness of cherries.
The cooperative where this coffee comes from is Coope Tarrazu in Costa Rica. Coope Tarrazu is a driving force in the community as well as the largest employer in the region,. The cooperative is constantly training its associates to improve quality and production, and ten communities of Coope Tarrazu achieved recognition in an internal cupping competition. The coffees were cupped and the ones, which represent the real Costa Rican flavours were carefully selected – this is one of them!
