丹麥語的聖誕節是「Jul」，意思是「仲冬」，慶祝「仲冬」一直以來就是斯堪地納維亞文化 (北歐文化) 的重要項目之一，因此，身為北歐五國之一的丹麥，從聖誕節前的第4個星期天，就開始準備過聖誕節了。
聖誕節除了要準備聖誕樹、聖誕禮物，以及各式佳餚美酒之外，打造一個能與家人共享幸福時光的聖誕餐桌，是每一個丹麥家庭最重要、最Hygge的事情之一。

Christmas in Danish is “Jul”, which means “Midwinter”. Celebrating “Midwinter” has always been one of the important projects of Scandinavian culture (Nordic culture). Therefore, as one of the five Nordic countries, Denmark has been preparing for Christmas from the 4th Sunday before Christmas.
In addition to preparing Christmas trees, Christmas gifts, and a variety of delicious food and wine for Christmas, creating a Christmas table that can share a happy time with family is one of the most important and Hygge things for every Danish family.
